Memphis can be challenging to navigate if you’ve never lived here before. We hand-select spaces in well known neighborhoods, that are personally vetted by our owner (a locums physician herself). Also, each apartment has outdoor security cameras at the entrance of the apartment, and throughout the complex. Our management is locally based and available on-site if needed.

 Our apartments are centrally located in the Midtown/Medical District. Here are the distances/approximate drive times to each hospital:

Absolutely! Sherwood Properties works with various pet-friendly communities. Refundable pet deposits, pet rent, and/or pet fees may apply. We will discuss all of this with you in detail during your reservation process.

Typically, stays are for a minimum of 30 days or more. However, we understand that your travel needs may range from a few days to a few months. Please get in touch with us regarding your length of stay – we can find a housing solution that suits your travel needs.

Our rates vary depending on location, length of stay, size, and specific requests. We work closely with clients’ budgets and requests to ensure that your stay is everything you asked for and more!

Sherwood Properties accepts all Major credit cards. We also provide direct billing for approved corporations.

Yes we do! We allow you to access your space at your convenience. Prefer an in-person greeting? Our staff is available to welcome you to your home away from home, on request.

Housekeeping is available upon request on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis depending on your needs and your length of stay.

Each apartment comes fully-furnished and accessorized with your comfort and convenience in mind. Inclusions include all utilities – including water, gas, electricity, internet, smart TV and phone – which are turned on and ready prior to your arrival.

We provide furnished apartments and corporate housing for stays of 30 days or longer resulting in substantial cost savings and solutions for your temporary housing needs. Amenities include:
